At Bayside Brush Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; if a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, all hairbrushes and personal care accessories must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the unused item in its original retail packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
